My colonoscopy and gastroscopy examinations last march showed symptoms of ulcer.should i take such exams this year?are such exams have side effects?

Gastroscopy needed: If your colonoscopy was normal, but you were found to have an ulcer on gastroscopy, then you should have a follow up gastroscopy to make sure the ulcer is healed. I assume that you have received treatment for the ulcer.
