Oral blisters: Sometimes the endotracheal tube (the tube you were breathing through during the surgery) can cause blisters on the palate, uvula and back of the throat. If it is difficult to swallow, contact the surgeon. If, however, the blisters came on two weeks after surgery, call your primary doctor as it has been to long since surgery for the tube to have caused the blisters.
