CIN 3?: Sounds like you had a CIN 3 abnormality or high grade abnormality. Due to the risk of progression to cervical cancer, a cone biopsy was done in attempt to remove the abnormal cells. Be sure to have appropriate followup with your doctor to ensure your paps are now normal

Ayear back and my pap smear report same back as LSIL. This year, the repeat pap came back as Negative for NILM but inflammatory smear. Is the only cause for LSIL HPV? Could it be cause by inflammation or pcos too? Should I be worried ab high risk hpv?
