CIN 3?: Sounds like you had a CIN 3 abnormality or high grade abnormality. Due to the risk of progression to cervical cancer, a cone biopsy was done in attempt to remove the abnormal cells. Be sure to have appropriate followup with your doctor to ensure your paps are now normal
