No: Pocs is a diagnosis primarly based on history and laboratory findings. With regards to endometriosis, most women have normal pelvic findings, and laparoscopy is sometimes necessary for definitive diagnosis.

No: Not really. The pelvic exam can rule out any masses or major abnormalities. Pcos is diagnosed based on clinical findings and abnormalities in blood work(hormonal). Endometriosis is diagnosed by laparoscopy.
