Get a medical check : Pain in the abdomen for 4 weeks requires a complete medical examination. It is unlikely to be related to your PAP test abnormality. So you must have a medical examination and appropriate tests done within the next one or two days. If the pain is severe, then a visit to the ER is advised so that you can be checked for a more serious infection like Appendicitis.
