Evaluate: I am sorry to hear this. It is important to evaluate your life from time to time to see if what made you happy in the past is still working or if you need to make some changes. Often it is something simple that needs to change and makes a lot of difference and other times larger issues need to be addressed. Eating a good diet, getting plenty of rest, exercise and the support of friends helps.

Your Dr can assess: for mood disorder & underlying medical conditions that may be causing symptoms.
