You have two choices: 1. Do something about it or 2. Stay stuck in a rut. If you want a better quality of life -encourage you to seek out talking therapy. Look for a psychologist in your vicinity. Get in some physical activity every day (even if it is the last thing that you want to do). Get in 8 hours of sleep per night, hydrate well & eat a healthy diet (at least 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day.).
