See your doctor: You can have pain associated with the cast due to something simple, like the cast rubbing against an area of the leg repetitively, or more serious like a developing blood clot. A visit with your doctor will help determine if the cast needs to be adjusted, replaced or if a scan to evaluated for a blood clot is necessary. Persistent rubbing can cause skin breakdown -don't ignore it.
