About a year ago i got put in a cast for pain in my left ankle i ended up getting two casts on it in the span of 6 months or so it still hurts help!!

Next step: is MRI to look for tendon abnormalities! "Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome" ( From casting itself) is a possibility to explain chronic ankle pain Just a thought! Hope this is helpful

You didn't mention: what your diagnosis was?? immobilization for long periods of time in a cast can potentially cause nerve damage. You really need a diagnosis. I would get a second opinion if you weren't given one.
