Yes -- clindamy: Clindamycin is notorious antibiotic that causes 'antibiotic-related' diarrhea by changing/destroying natural flora of rectum. All antibiotics can do this, but clindamycin/Cleocin does it to far greater extent. However, this antibiotic has excellent coverage for infections and/or prevention of infections caused by mouth flora. Really have to weigh benefits vs side effects on case-by-case basis.
