I was prescribed clindamycin for my toothache but it's not working i went to a dentist today they prescribed me amoxicillin if i took the clindamycin at 4 pm can i switch to amoxicillin ?

Antibiotics: Yes it's OK to switch but best to speak to dentist who is treating you. Understand that antibiotics alone will not resolve problem and therefore no antibiotic and any dose may alone get you out of pain. Cause of dental problem needs to also be addressed/treated!
