Surgery: Surgery is a traumatic experience for the human body. It is not unusual to have some menstrual irregularity after gynecologic surgery. Without knowing where you were in your menstrual cycle at the time of surgery it is hard to comment further. Monitor your cycles over the next few months and discuss with your surgeon at your post op visit
