Hypertension: Transient increases in blood pressure do not usually require any form of treatment. If you have persistently elevated BP you should be evaluated and managed by a physician familiar with treating hypertension. There are numerous ways to approach this.

HTN : Your question is not very clear ... You can have transient high blood pressure cause by stress , anxiety etc ... And it will normalize on its own once the stressors are gone ...
