Urgent care, ER, pcp: Go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center or call the doctor they may be able to call it in to the pharmacy. Some pharmacy a do not require prescription to refill insulins too.

You need insulin: Go to the nearest hospital to get evaluated. Basically, you have about 4 hours to get insulin or diabetic ketoacidosis can occur. From now on, always carry extra insulin and an extra meter no matter where you travel. Always!!!
