Possible infection: The symptoms you describe suggest that there maybe an infection. You should see your doctor for evaluation.

Not normal: You should have this evaluated by your doctor. Definitley beed an exam, and May need some diagnostic imaging such as ct scan. May also need a referral to a general surgeon. Hope this helps, and good luck!
