See an ENT physucian: Go and get a good exam of your throat area some swelling may be the problem. Let them check everything out.

Every time I swallow I feel a uncomfortable feeling/pain and it feels like my hyoid bone is clicking or griding on something. If I touch my throat above my adams apple I can feel it clicking. Its going on 3 weeks now. Can acid reflux cause this?
