Preservative free: This response is specific for the person and their specific underlying cause or reason for using artificial tears. In my experience the most success is with refresh advanced, retain MGD, refresh celluvisc, md Bion tears. I have had a lot of success with recommending Systane Balance although it has preservatives. Once again it depends on your underlying reason for using artificial tears.
