Lid scrubbing helps: If your doctor diagnosed you to have blepharitis, you may want to do daily lid scrubs followed by hot compresses. Sometime the oil glands on the eyelid are not working properly and if so, you may benefit from taking medications such as tetracycline. Supplemental tear drops may also help. Talk to your eye doctor to see what is/are causing your problem in order to tailor your treatment better.

Blurry vision: Blurred vision is often due to tear film instability from blepharitis or clogged glands; if any other vision quality issues: be sure pupils were checked, HVF visual field were done to be sure all is ok. eyedoc2020.blogspot.com has more info on dry eyes.
