Still dry: Foggy vision is consistent with dry eyes, and would suggest you need even more artificial tears. With such an acute change, it suggests that something has happened. For example, you may have recently acquired an eye infection, which then causes the eyes to become even more dry. You should see your eye MD to see exactly why your eyes are more dry.
