A member asked:

Can (super)microsurgery help revascularize diabetic foot (with dry gangrene on 1 toe)? if so, are there surgeons in europe (holland) who do this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Peripheral vascular disease is difficult to treat. If you already have compromise with necrosis dry gangrene unlikely to revascularize necrotic tissue.
