Have hiv for 20 yrs, h bp&pad, atherectomy done below l knee, surgeon cleared only one of three arteries, 3 days later gangrene left big toe & removed, 10 months later all toes removed due to ulcers. could a laser atherectomy clear the 2 arteries?

Your asking a very specific question and need a very specific answer. Only one who can give it to you is a vascular surgeon while reading your angiogram. This type of forum is just not the place for those kind of decisions. Sorry
