Neuropathy?: Diabetics have poor healing potential, and coupled with neuropathy (numbness or funny sensations in your feet), it predisposes you to ulceration or infection. Gangrene may occur due to infection, or lack of blood flow. See your podiatrist immediately if you're concerned.
