Supposing you have dry gangrene in on one toe, is it ok to let it amputate itself?

Only if this is: Advice after seeing a vascular surgeon and or podiatrist. You need to assess the vascular flow tot he foot. If it is bad and you keep waiting you can lose more of your foot potentially.
