Been taking dothiepin for more than 1 year. dry eyes 1 month ago. if dry eyes are caused by dothiepin, can side effect be felt so many months later?

Side effects: It is possible that the side effects have been affecting your eyes for a long time, and because of another factor, or the accumulative effect, you just have started noticing the problem. In this case, it is the anticholinergic effect of that medication. You can counteract it with eye drops.
