Fistula?: It sounds like you have an infection that is draining through a sinus tract to the outside of the gums. See a dentist immediately for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Untreated infections are serious matter and should not be taken lightly.

Swelling/pit: Sounds like you may have an infection, dental/gum/both. Without seeing you and seeing your XRays we cannot diagnose you in this forum. Important that the infection be treated immediately as can cause serious harm. Please seek consultation with a General Dentist as soon as possible.
