Not Serious: Thymic Hyperplasia means enlargement of Thymus and is not a cause for concern most of time as it enlarges in adolescent and than in following decades it atrophies 2/3rd of patients with Mysthenia Gravis have Thymic Hypertrophy It can be differentiated with Thymoma,the tomor of Thums Gland by MRI Imaging
