A member asked:

Whats lymphoid hyperplasia? & what symptoms does it cause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

What causes it?: Lymphoid hyperplasia doe not cause anything. It may be the result of infection in the nodes, inflammation in the area drained by the nodes and could be harbinger of neoplasia. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
