Runny nose: I need a bit more info. If there has been a few days, during this time, where he was well, it may be 2 separate colds. I see this with kids in daycare. 1 year is very young to have allergies that bad. He could have a sinus infection, but your doctor needs to diagnose that. Also, the dose of Zyrtec (cetirizine) is every 24 hrs, not 12 hrs.
