I am trying xyzal for allergies. since starting it i wake up every morning with post nasal drip, itchy eyes, nose and throat and am sneezing all day. can i take zyrtec d 12 hours after xyzal? i know xyzal is a 24 hour pill?

Fundamentally the same medicine - both antihistamines, one lasts slightly longer than the other. Like “mixing” Shell and Exxon gas in your car. Don’t waste the money. Check with doctor for truly alternative classes of medicine
