My 8 year old son has horrible allergies. he takes zyrtec, allergy eye drops and nasal spray. can he take delsym 12 hour for his cough? not sure if he can while taking all those antihistamines?

I doubt cough syrup would be of any help. I would recommend to have him see an allergist for an immunotherapy.

Delsym and Zyrtec, allergy eye drops and nasal spray are completely different categories of medications and therefore completely unrelated chemicals and can be taken together.
