See neurologist: He might have Parkinsonism symptoms induced by his antidepressant medication. I would see neurologist ASAP. Speak with his psychiatrist Immediately!

EPS: Latuda (lurasidone) is an antipsychotic medication that causes extra-pyramidal side-effects or Parkinsonian Syndrome not the disease and these are reversible using Cogentin , Artane , or even Benadryl. The symptoms include mild tremors of the hands, stiff arms and legs similar to Parkinson's Disease and akinesia or "mask facies". Your doctor should be notified and given medication .

A/W Dr Callaghan: Your husband should notify his prescribing psychiatrist. He may be experienced EPS due to Latuda. Sometimes medications like Cogentin, Artane, low-dose mirtazapine, cryproheptadine, Propranolol or benadryl are used if there is akathisia. I personally would avoid using benzodiazapines.
