Interactions occur:: Combinations may increase risk of side effects: Lamotrigine + Depakote: skin rash, restlessness, seizures, tremors, muscle weakness, and staggering walk. Lamotrigine + Lurasidone: dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Lurasidone + Depakote: dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Work with prescriber.
