My husband is having an ear ache, he feels tge heart beat in the ears and he can hear very well, he is taking anibiotic but he feels is not working?

Earache: he need to see the doctor again. Either the antibiotics are not working or there is another cause for the pain, like TMJ problems, or ruptured ear drum
