Need for evaluation: Was the head CT for the "lump" in the neck? Were there other "lumps". A doctor must have examined you before the CT and s/he should be in a position to advise you. A single pea sized "lump" that has not increased in 3 months is not likely to be a tumor, however, you should discuss the matter with your doctor.
