Daily exercise: Eat a variety of healthy foods including some protein at each meal (like eggs,dairy, fish or meat), and stay away from deserts and snack foods and fast food. Exercise for 30 minutes each day and drink plenty of water (and avoid soda and fruit juice- too much sugar). Recognize that at 16 your body is likely still growing and changing, so outgrowing some clothes may be normal and healthy.
