How do you know the difference between tonsil cancer and tonsil stones? i have one tonsil that has been swollen and get some white stones, 2 yrs now.

Look different: A swollen tonsil with stones is more likely inflammatory than malignant. A cancer of the tonsil would more likely be ulcerated and hemorrhagic . If this is not resolving after 2 years, you should seek medical attention.
