If my azo test is neg for nitrates and only trace leu is it still possible to have uti?

Possibly: Anything is possible, although may be unlikely. Do not know the manner of collection of urine specimen or its age when reaching the laboratory. Test for nitrates is virtually worthless, and presence or absence of leukocytes can be variable.
