Not on record: If you'reasking, it probably means that something is going on that is troubling you. Schools fortunate and foresightful enough to have school-based services can make it much easier for students to come by and get an opinion about what is troubling them. The clinics do not interact with other parts of the school administration, so your conversations are confidential.

Psych Records: Most medical records are supposed to be confidential between provider and patient as long as there is no imminent danger to self or others or grave disability in future you may have to disclose your psych issues in applications.
