Couldn't find baby's bladder on 19 week ultrasound. is this worrying?

Not necessarily: The fetal bladder is often seen at 19 weeks, but sometimes cannot be seen depending on the baby's position and how effectively the ultrasound was able to get through the maternal pelvis. Ask your doctor whether this is something that you should be concerned about.
