: Normal urinary tract ultrasound does not rule out intrinsic kidney disease. Your daughter should have a repeated urinalysis and if hematuria, glucosuria &amp; proteinuria persist, she should be evaluated by a pediatric nephrologist.

It is not normal to have More than 3RBC/HPF in urine. She needs to be investigated by a nephrologist. Hope she does well
