A member asked:

Is it normal for my 7 year old to have over 20 rbc in urine, wbc, phosphates, 30mg protein, glucose or leukocytes in urine? 6 weeks ago she began passing out which lead us to multiple ers. ultrasound on her kidneys and bladder were normal?

Normal urinary tract ultrasound does not rule out intrinsic kidney disease. Your daughter should have a repeated urinalysis and if hematuria, glucosuria & proteinuria persist, she should be evaluated by a pediatric nephrologist.

It is not normal to have More than 3RBC/HPF in urine. She needs to be investigated by a nephrologist. Hope she does well
