Endo: On laparoscopy you can see black implants, red implants, white implants, very subtle clear implants. Can also be in the deeper tissues whi h have to be unroofed at the time of laparoscopy. It could be seen over the ovaries, tubes, colon, bladder, appendix among other places.

Endo: There is not a particular pattern, but some studies suggest that 60% of the women will recur with pain 6-12 mo after stopping treatment. Other studies have shoen that recurrence could be as late as 5-7 years after proper ressective surgery. I belive that if all the painful conditions associated with endometriosis are treated at once pt can be asymptomatic for many years.
