I've had my left ovary removed at the end of april and some "severe" endometriosis. since surgery i have had worsening pain. why is this happening?

See your GYN: If your pain is worse, then it may not have been from your ovary. On the other hand, there may be some adhesions from the surgery. You need to discuss this with your GYN.
