Is it possible for the operculum be used as gum graft?

Probably not: Operculum tissue is not connective tissue so it can not be used with a graft

No, but a good : thinking. Dentists, periodontists use a thin piece of the tissue from the roof of your mouth (palate). It has to be thin and the operculum is too thick for the gum grafting. For more information talk to your surgeon. Take care.
