What can be the long term outcome when having multiple gum graftings with alloderm (it has already been dentist selected)?

Very good : Prognosis if done properly. I have been fascinated with alloderm from the time i first saw it used for vestibuloplasty in 2000. It also used for root coverage with good success. It does take longer to heal than free gingival grafts or pedical grafts. At the same time, the healing process is less painful. Hope it helps.
