Yep: If your overall kidney function (measured most commonly by a blood test) is normal, an atrophic kidney shouldn't give you any problems conceiving or carrying a pregnancy to full term. If you have reduced kidney function, you may be at a higher risk for pregnancy complications. Your primary care doctor and obstetrician can help advise you. Best of luck!
