Failed kidneys meds: There are no medications to cure "failed kidneys". If one has renal failure, one goes on some type of dialysis. If you are talking about chronic kidney disease, in patients with abnormal kidney function not needing dialysis. Drugs like ace-inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers can prolong renal function.
