Use it or lose it: The best way to keep your brain sharp is to keep it active. Taking classes to educate yourself on various topics, reading books, playing a musical instrument are all ways to make your brain work. A healthy diet of fruits and vegetables as well as exercise also keep your brain healthy. Of course, avoid drugs and excessive alcohol because these will kill off brain cells.
