We don't know: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22494315 The current recommendation in a patient with a neuromodulatory device for chronic pain is deactivation once the diagnosis of pregnancy is made. There are no studies examining the effect of SCS on human fetal development, and it is very unlikely that any will be undertaken. http://www.spine-health.com/forum/treatment/spinal-cord-stimulation/article-scs-and-pregnancy
