Have you tried a small dose of tricyclic antidepressant or antiepileptic at night? I have alsoooccasionally had luck with b-complex vitamins. There are many things you can try.

Neuropathy: Neuropathy can have many reversible causes and these should be explored before a trial of spinal cord stimulation. If the cause is irreversible then there are a variety of medications, compound creams, and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.
