Many options: First, do you know why you have a small fiber neuropathy? There are many potential causes and some can be modified. A spinal cord stimulator is a dramatic and invasive interventional. Have you tried a small dose of tricyclic antidepressant or antiepileptic at night? I have alsoooccasionally had luck with b-complex vitamins. There are many things you can try.

Neuropathy: Neuropathy can have many reversible causes and these should be explored before a trial of spinal cord stimulation. If the cause is irreversible then there are a variety of medications, compound creams, and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.
