How is a 5mm non-calcified lower lobe pulmonary nodule in a non-smoker managed? was found incidentally on a contrast ct of abdomen.

Recommendation: Fleischner society recommendation for nodule this size is follow up ct at 12 months and, if no change, no further follow up for low risk(e.g. Nonsmoker etc..) patient. For high risk patient, follow up CT at 6-12 months and then at 18-24 months if no change.
